Can We Have Just a Minute of Your Time, Please! Have You Updated Your Church Record?

1. You only need to update your record once -- unless something has changed.
2. Each adult in your family needs to complete the form. Both a husband and wife need to update their records separately.
3. Currently, around 35% of the Springtown Family has updated their records.
4. Why do this? As release of our new church directory approaches, we'd sure love to have your most accurate information included.
5. Thanks in advance for your help.
